Yulian, representing PetroChina International Jabung Ltd., symbolically handed over the donations on May 3, 2021.

The event was also attended by Head of Public Relations Southern Sumatra SKK Migas Representative, Andi Arie Pangeran.

This yearly event was usually held along with a media gathering event with Jambi journalists. However, due to the pandemic restrictions, the gathering event has not taken place since 2020.

This event represents the commitment of the oil and gas industry to maintain relationships and synergy with stakeholders, in this case local journalists. The event also became a space for industry players and journalists to discuss programs that could be done together in the future, between FJM and the industry. In addition, the donations are also meant to alleviate some of the burdens caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We hope this donation could help relieving some burdens amid Covid-19 pandemic. We also hope that we could always maintain this good relationship, between PetroChina and FJM journalists, through professionalism and balanced news coverage,” says Yulian.
