Four sessions of the event, attended by hundreds of Jakarta-based employees, were held on Oct. 7-8. Speakers at the event included PetroChina’s Jakarta Office Covid-19 Task Force head Riza Primahendra, Suyanto Tarli from General Affairs Department and Kemal Inawel from IT Department. Suci Hidha Widiani, Boys Rusinar, Fadilla Octovini and Ikinwati represented HSSE Department in the sessions.

In his opening remarks, Riza emphasized the need for employees to stay alert, despite the consistent decline of Covid-19 confirmed cases in recent months. “We have had zero cases among our Jakarta employees and their families in the past eight weeks. This is an achievement for all of us, so congratulations. However, we must not let our guard down. We must continue on this path. Maintain our discipline and stay alert,” he said.

Meanwhile, HSSE Department representatives reminded employees that they had to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and physically fit in order to work in office. Pregnant, breastfeeding and unhealthy employees are urged to stay at home.

Furthermore, Suyanto talked about what employees had to prepare before going to the office. “Please make sure your WFO reservation is approved. Install PeduliLindungi application on your phone and assess your health to make sure you are in good condition,” he said. He urged employees to adhere to all health protocols while in office, in order to ensure everyone’s safety.

In his presentation, Kemal reminded employees on the various features of New Normal Application, including for reporting daily temperature and making work-from-office (WFO) reservations.
