SKK Migas Deputy of Business Support Rudi Satwiko announced the virtual awarding moment on the sidelines of 2nd International Convention on Indonesian Upstream Oil and Gas (IOG) 2021, hosted both online and offline from Bali from November 29 to December 1.

The award highlighted PetroChina’s commitment and efforts in employees' health management. In the previous year, the award was announced during Concurrent HR Strategy Forum at the 1st IOG Convention. In 2019, the award was given during human resources annual meeting at the International Human Resources Summit in Bali.

The scoring system for this appreciation covers the effectiveness of medical service management, illness prevalence, Medical Check Up (MCU) compliance, fatality rate, and other health statistics. This year, the PSCs’ commitment to support IOG event became additional scoring criteria.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, PetroChina has actively participated in various prevention and handling efforts, especially for employees. The company provided COVID-19 vaccination programs for all employees in Jakarta Office and Jabung Field as a part of global effort to end the pandemic. PetroChina also regularly makes COVID-19 socialization events for employees to distribute many key information related to the pandemic.
