The management and employees of PetroChina Jabung in Jakarta Office welcomed the Chinese New Year of Fire Horse in February 2026 with festive gatherings, colorful decoration competition, and good hopes for a powerful year ahead. 

Employees gathered at the Sanctuary Room, F3, to mark the Chinese New Year 2026 celebration on February 12. The gathering combined Chinese New Year Celebration, Townhall Meeting 2026 and Service Awards 2025 for Jakarta Employees with service years of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30.

President Director Wang Lei and members of the management team, including GM Jabung Wang Heping, VP Technical and Business Development Yu Jinbao, VP of Finance Jin Lihao, VP Operation Khostarosa Andhika Jaya, VP SCM CB Budi Susanto, VP Business Support Alfiani, and VP Representative of SKK Migas Khawadja Kamaluddin attended the gathering, along with more than 300 Jakarta employees.

The gathering began with a Barongsai performance welcoming the management to the venue. This was followed by performances from the PetroChina dance and vocal group communities. All attendees and management then joined together for a "Gong Xi" session and a group photo session.

The program transitioned into the 2026 Townhall, which opened with a Wushu performance and a recap video of Jabung’s 2025 milestones. President Director Wang Lei then delivered a presentation to the staff. Following the session, the winners of the floor decor competition were announced after a brief video recap. A major highlight of the day was the Service Awards, which recognized employees for their long-term dedication and loyalty to the company across milestones of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years.

Toward the end of the event, the atmosphere became more relaxed with a quiz and doorprize session where angpaos were distributed to those in attendance. The celebration concluded with a lunch and entertainment session.
