PetroChina Jabung has received an award for best performance in explosives storage management in Southern Sumatra region.

Asset Management Manager Ferry Matita represented the company in receiving the award from SKK MIgas Southern Sumatra Representative Office head Anggono Mahendrawan in Bandung on March 24.

The award was given at a focus group discussion themed “Improving Capacity for Explosives Management and Permit to Support Upstream Industry Activities in Southern Sumatra in 2022”, which was held in Four Points by Sheraton Bandung Hotel. It was noted that PetroChina received the award for having the best practice and management of explosives storage in upstream industry in southern Sumatra region in 2021.
