PetroChina Jabung participated in the USU x China Industries Job Fair 2025 held at the University of North Sumatra (USU) on 26-27 May 2025. The event, hosted by USU and the China-Indonesia Cultural and Educational Exchange Association (CICEEA), aimed to connect job seekers with Chinese companies operating in Indonesia. Attendees included graduate and undergraduate students of USU and other universities in North Sumatra.

PCJL was represented by Han Jian, Elvin Tobing, Arya Wirasatya, Nur Istikomah and Nicholas Sianturi in the two-day event. The company hosted a booth, where visitors could find out more information about the company, such as internship and hiring opportunities. Elvin spoke in a sharing session on stage about working life at PetroChina as well as how university students should prepare themselves for life after graduation.

The event highlighted PetroChina’s commitment to support strong linkage between universities and the upstream oil and gas industry. Other than presence in job fairs, PetroChina also hosts company visits for university students and internships.
